Due to our Annual Section Meeting scheduled for June 10, there will be no Executive Committee meeting for June. Instead, we will have a conference call at our normal date and time (Friday, June 12th at 7:30 am) to discuss planning for the Technology Law Institute. You only need to participate in the call if you have been tasked with any portion of TLI planning. You should know who you are, but if there are any questions, let Chuck know. Technology Law Section Night with the Atlanta Braves

Join other Technology Law Section members for a night of networking and fun at Turner Field. We’ll start the night with a reception and dinner at 5:00 pm at Turner Field’s “Top of the Chop” outdoor patio overlooking the outfield area.
Dinner will include ballpark fare and all the fixin’s in addition to a few sides, dessert, and a bar. After dinner you will be able to head to your seats to watch the Braves take on the Chicago Cubs or to stay and mingle at the “Top of the Chop.”

Under the terms of the Technology Law Section bylaws, the offices of Chair and Vice Chair are filled by the immediate past Vice Chair and Secretary respectively.
Chair for 2009-10 is W. Charles Ross of the Gwinnett County Office of the District Attorney
Vice Chair for 2009-10 is Ben Young of Troutman Sanders LLP
The office of Secretary is filled by a member of the Executive Committee of the Technology Law Section. The requirements for the qualifications to run for the office are set forth in the Bylaws. The Elections Committee of the Technology Law Section has reviewed the qualifications of the nominees and has verified that the following nominee
is qualified to hold the office of Secretary.
